- Here's one that's quick and very good. I use fresh fruit in the
- summer and frozen in the winter.

- Yogurt Shakes

- 1c Plain Yogurt
- 1c Orange Juice
- 1 Banana
- Fruit (e.g. a handful of berries, a peach, 1/2 mango, etc.)

- Toss it all into the blender and puree. Makes one big or two
- small shakes.
